Write to fabikart2025@gmail.com clearly mentioning why you wish to return or exchange your item. Please ensure that the product is in its original packaging and the price tags are intact. Returns will be accepted within 48 working hours from the date of receipt of the product. Please note that products such as innerwear/underwear, petticoats, blouses etc. cannot be returned. Fabikart Store does not refund any subsequent and return courier charges.

The video must clearly show the outer package, unsealing process, and the product inside.
Returns, exchanges, or damage claims will be accepted only if proper unboxing video proof is provided.
Without video proof, return or replacement requests cannot be processed.
